Compo was founded by a group of elites from the electronic industries, in 1998, USA, and in 2002, Canada. Since late of 20th century, more and more OEMs and CEMs shifted their facilities to Asia. Thus, Compo, being an independent distributor of electronic components, started the Asian operation in early 2001 at Hong Kong, in order to provide better serve to the customers. In 2003 our Hong Kong Office started to act as the headquarter office in Asia area and continuously expands the business to cover the whole Asian pacific area including the emerging markets. In the years afterwards, we have built up six more branches, including Seoul, Taipei and Singapore offices, as well as our main service centers in Mainland China- Shenzhen and Suzhou offices.

Today, Compo has turned into one of the top-rank electronic components distributors in the world, having achieved a sales amount of over fifty million US Dollars in 2006. As an ISO9001, ISO14001 and ANSI/ESD S20.20 certified company, we are leading this industry, especially in Asia. Our customers' satisfaction has brought us reputations, as well as motivations.
